The cost of housing within Lehi has been increasing at an alarming rate, but that price increase indicates a couple really good things: People want to live here and what has been going on within the city is a good thing. In order to address the high cost of housing, Lehi has to grow the residential density and zoning and I would support that by permitting land owners to change their zoning to increase density as long as they pay the impact fees for that higher density.

A fear I have with high growth is the potential crime, corruption, and strong government that plague some large cities. I want Lehi to be unique by keeping the city government limited and keep the small town feel by promoting community involvement and community socializing.
